8K8 Contact: Where Account and Gambling-Harm Questions Go
Two different problems land on this page, and they go to two different places.
Account questions go to 8K8, not to this site
This site has no email inbox, no ticketing system and no support staff of its own. It holds no 8K8 account, no balance and no deposit history for any reader, so a lost password, a stuck deposit or a login problem cannot be resolved here regardless of how it is worded. Those go directly to 8K8’s own channels: the Live Chat control in the desktop top bar, or the Online_Chat control in the mobile bottom bar. Both sit inside 8K8’s own site, at 8k8.bet on desktop and m.8k8.bet on mobile — our about page explains what this site checked there and when.
Signing up or logging in is the same story. The Sign up and Login controls that appear on this site’s pages point to 8K8’s own registration and login screens; this site cannot create, verify or reset an account on a reader’s behalf.
Gambling-harm concerns go to PAGCOR and its partners
A different kind of message belongs on this page too: a reader, or someone close to them, whose gambling has stopped feeling manageable. That does not go to 8K8’s Live Chat. It goes to the National Problem Gambling Helpline, a 24/7 line run by PAGCOR in partnership with the Seagulls Flock Organization Inc.:
| Line | Number | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| National Problem Gambling Helpline | (02) 8248-9568 | 24/7 |
The helpline connects callers directly with trained counsellors for confidential support, and it is free to call. It exists specifically so that a concern like this does not have to be raised with the operator whose product caused it.
Blocking your own access
PAGCOR also runs a self-exclusion program that can bar a person from PAGCOR-regulated gaming facilities for a period they choose: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Responsible gaming resources sets out how that application works, alongside a short list of counselling and helpline numbers beyond PAGCOR’s own line, including one for family members concerned about someone else’s play.
Why this site keeps the two separate
Folding a gambling-harm concern into an account-support form is how a real request gets lost behind password resets and deposit questions. Keeping the two contacts apart means a reader in the second situation reaches a trained counsellor directly, on the first call, rather than waiting in a queue built for the first.
One page, two contacts
This page routes two kinds of requests to the organisation that can actually act on them: 8K8 for an account, PAGCOR’s helpline for gambling harm. There is no form to submit here and no account lookup to run — the table above and the Live Chat and Online_Chat controls are the fastest way to either one.
